The hotel is placed in a very nice quiet area and just set back from the beach, making it a peaceful location to stay. The rooms come with a mirror desk in the bedroom, providing a convenient space, and some even have a balcony to enjoy the outdoors. The staff are always attentive and accommodating, making the service top-notch. However, some additional customer service training might benefit the overall experience. The dining options cater to all tastes and are included in the booking, including delicious home-made pastries. On the downside, the Wi-Fi is not complimentary and requires an extra fee, impacting the value for money. The main restaurant is easily accessible and offers a variety of menu choices. The large beach nearby along with the amazing Dunes create a beautiful setting. While the price may be on the higher side, the clean and comfortable rooms, along with the friendly service, make it worth the stay.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room had piping hot water in the bathroom, a lovely balcony, and a fabulous view. The service was excellent, although it could use a bit of improvement in customer service. The location was perfect, nestled just a short walk away from the beach and near all the bars and restaurants. The dining experience offered a variety of tasty options. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.
